1. Coca Cola “Real Magic”

Coca-Cola is one of the world’s most famous drinks. Over the years, it's had a range of logos and slogans, starting in 1886 with “Drink Coca-Cola" and continuing to the present day with “Real Magic.”

Other well-known slogans include “The Real Thing,” “Coke Is It!” and “Taste the Feeling.”

The Coca-Cola logo was first created in 1886, and the version used today has barely changed. 

2. Nike: “Just do it.”

Nike's “curved check-mark swoosh” logo and “Just do it” slogan have been with us since 1978. Fun Fact: Graphic designer Carolyn Davidson created it and was paid just $35 for her work. 9. Toyota “Start Your Impossible”

Toyota, the car manufacturer, first used this slogan in 2017. Fast-forward to today, and they've relaunched it ahead of this year’s Olympic Games in Paris. Toyota's message is clear. The slogan aims to inspire people to work together to achieve success, with their vehicles at the heart of these communities.

Now, let's turn our attention to Toyota's logo. Since its inception in 1935, the logo has evolved a few times. The logo pictured here was first introduced in 1989 and is still used today.

Each of the three ovals has a meaning. The inner ovals are the heart of the customer and company, and the outer ovals represent the world embracing Toyota. Pretty cool, right?

10. Mastercard “There are some things money can’t buy. For everything else, there’s MasterCard.”

This particular tagline was first used in 1997 to launch the card’s award-winning “Priceless” campaign. It promotes the card as a payment option while playing on the consumer's emotions when using the card to buy an experience or product they otherwise may not have the means for.

11. Disneyland “The happiest place on earth”

The particular slogan “Do What You Can’t” was launched in 2017 as part of Samsung’s global launch of the Galaxy S8 and S8+ smartphones. The slogan aims to empower people to overcome their barriers. The bitten Apple logo has also been in use since 1977 and has remained pretty much unchanged since then. 

18. Target “Expect More. Pay Less”

The Target logo symbolizes continuity and forward momentum. The company's name and the bullseye design perfectly complement each other, embodying the essence of the brand. 

The tagline “Expect More. Pay Less” was first unveiled in 1994, with Target calling it “our brand promise” to customers.

19. Google “Organize the world’s information.”

Google's slogan, “Organize the world’s information,” is one-half of the company’s mission statement: "Organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.”

How We Chose These Logo and Tagline Examples

We chose known brands that are inspiring and whose slogans, without thinking, instantly spring to mind. The above examples all boast longevity, giving you a flavor of what's possible. 

Of course, the above list isn't exhaustive. There are hundreds of knockout logo and slogan examples we could have listed. However, due to time restrictions, we kept it to 20, which was a pretty challenging task!
